By creating an account, accessing, or using the CA Prep web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CA Prep provides student tools for practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) exam questions. The Service includes curated past papers (PYQ), revision test papers (RTP), and mock test papers (MTP), progress tracking, dashboard stats, highlighting tools, custom study notes, and bookmark lists.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register and create a student account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (phone number, email, password) and for any and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Permitted and Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial study use. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, extract, or copy the practice questions, solutions, or layout of the platform using automated tools or manual scripts.
  • Attempt to bypass Row-Level Security policies or gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the question error reporting form to submit spam, offensive language, or malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Disclaimer

The study questions, revision papers, and marking criteria compiled on the platform are based on publicly available educational resources published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). CA Prep is an independent preparation platform and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the ICAI. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability and No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain accurate answer keys and explanations, we do not warrant that the questions or solutions are completely free of errors. Under no circumstances shall CA Prep be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to study disruptions, exam results, or loss of user progress.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the platform.
